REICO was created to assist buyers, sellers, investors and borrowers with solutions to common / uncommon issues as well as provide support with more sophisticated strategies.
REICO is a private real estate investment company and you are welcome to submit your real estate or discuss the details of our core services, ascertain in detail what we do and how we do it well. The intent of this site is to provide a means of getting non-MLS properties in front of investors in the most expedient and efficient manner possible. In order to accomplish this task, we strongly encourage you to CONTACT and provide us with the specifics of your property request (ie. asset type, location, price range, contact details, etc.). Please keep in mind that this real estate resource isn’t designed to be an Off-Market real estate MLS with dozens of properties in every category posted on the site for weeks in a virtual ‘property grave yard’. Requested properties may be forwarded directly to the investors who had forwarded the details of their request in advance.
